Update Evergreen Content: Evergreen content is the act of keeping timeless topics relevant and pushing older content to the top of the search engines by updating it. Subjects like the average cost of funeral expenses or Part B premiums should be updated year - to - year to reflect any changes, thereby giving old content a boost in the eyes of the search engines. Instead of creating a new post, try updating an old one first.
Include a FAQ On Your Site: When designing landing pages for the various products and services you offer, consider the top 10 most common questions a consumer might have before making a decision to buy or opt - in. This way, visitors don’t have to go to another website to look for more information; they can just peruse the answers to their questions without leaving your page.

It's easy to find free professional business leads that are industry or trade specific. All you have to do is go online and start visiting trade association websites. There are literally thousands of associations out there—from associations that represent the chocolate industry to those that represent the jewelry industry to associations that represent the tourism business.
New prospective users often ask me how easy it is for their affiliate to share their link. It’s “stupid simple.” Here’s how it works… When your affiliates sign up with you, they’ll automatically receive an email from you welcoming them to your affiliate program. This email will contain their unique referral link. It will also contain a “one-click” login link to their Affiliate Dashboard. The Affiliate Dashboard is where your affiliate can share their link via email and social media with a single click. For example, when they click the Facebook button, they’ll automatically be forwarded over to Facebook, with a new post pre-populated, and their affiliate link already embedded! They can add a personal note or recommendation if they’d like – or they can simply click “Post” to get the message up on their Wall immediately. This “convenience factor” is huge. Affiliates are able to share their link early and often with their friends and colleagues. It really couldn’t be any easier. The Affiliate Dashboard is also where they can grab marketing materials like banner ads for their website or blog. The banners will already have their affiliate link embedded. So, your affiliate can simply copy the HTML and paste it to their site – or they can have their web developer do this for them.

They invite you to promote your experts tapping into the power of experts that increases visibility, engagement, and valuable inquiries. The provider claims expert search tool is designed for all audiences in need of experts. Their free plan allows only finding experts, access thousands of topics, unlimited inquiries and all of this nothing require your registration.
We just talked about four ways for agents to GET so - called “free leads” in exchange for something, whether it’s an email address, a deposit, a cut in commissions, or a piece of advice for other agents. So if you can’t GET free leads without giving something in exchange, then how (or where) can you just FIND free leads without trading anything in return?
Stick Around with Magnetic Business Cards: [WARNING: THIS IS THE ONLY PAID IDEA ON THE LIST!] Not only should you have your number IN your client’s phone, but it should be ON their fridge, too. Spend a little extra money and order business cards that list the different types of insurance you offer, with a magnetic backing. This way, you will always be on their fridge, arm’s length away from where they conduct their most important business and decisions: the kitchen table. People drop, lose, crack, and drown their phones all the time—and throw away standard business cards frequently—so at least with this magnet sticking in plain sight, they can reprogram your number into their phone again.
Set Exit Pop - Ups: Instead of displaying a welcome mat offer when visitors arrive at your site, you can also activate pop - ups to appear before a visitor leaves your site, or any other number of customizable triggers. Google doesn’t necessarily love these, but many digital marketers utilize them and they can be helpful in converting site visitors. SumoMe also offers customizable pop - ups to get you started capturing the attention of leads.
Of course, not all shared internet leads are bad. You could get lucky and find a geographic “diamond in the rough” where there’s not much competition for leads, allowing you to achieve a profitable ROI. The thing is, you won’t know until you try, so here are five “free” or discounted internet lead opportunities you can find with a quick search online:
Why? Brands don’t want their products and online reputation to be seen as spammy and low-quality. To empower social media junkies, most networks are instead allowing publishers to create “promoted social media posts”. These are posts that are created on social media sites, like Facebook. They are not posted on a private wall, or spammed across comment sections.
Now, truth be told, affiliate marketing does come with some costs. Fortunately, those costs are rather small when compared to starting other businesses. For example, if you want to succeed with affiliate marketing in the same way that I teach it, you’ll need a website. In order to have a website, you need to pay for “website hosting”. If you don’t know what website hosting is, don’t worry, we’ll get to that, but website hosting does cost a few bucks per month (generally under $10 / mo). If you have about $40 for startup costs and about $10 / mo for recurring expenses, this is entirely doable. There are many other optional expenses for affiliate marketing, which I will also get into, but those optional expenses are used more for speeding up the path to success (outsourcing, etc.) rather than a requirement for success. When I first started my affiliate marketing business, I had about $200 to my name.

Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising – like Google Adwords and Facebook – are getting more expensive all the time. While we invest heavily in Google Adwords ourselves here at LeadDyno, I can tell you that our click costs are constantly creeping up. Which means that next month, I know we’ll have to pay a little bit more to get the same results. Our affiliate program, on the other hand, is always profitable… because we pay our affiliates a commission based on the sales they bring us. Until they sell something, we don’t have to pay them anything. Affiliate marketing is also more scalable than pay-per-click (PPC) marketing. While there are a fixed number of relevant keywords that we (and you) can bid on and make money, there’s basically an unlimited amount of product that you can sell with affiliate partners.

Optimize Your Site for Mobile Users: Google’s search engine algorithms are starting to preclude websites that don’t cater to mobile browsers. Optimize your site for mobile browsers by using a mobile - friendly theme that’s responsive to various browsers and devices. If your theme lacks that capability, you can always use a plugin like Jetpack on WordPress site, or hire a mobile developer for a much costlier optimization. Don’t miss out on internet leads from smartphone searchers; go mobile!
Write for the Newspaper: Identify your local or service area publications and offer to write about insurance topics whenever their editorial calendars have an opening. In your introduction, illustrate what makes you an expert with authority to write about specific subjects, and include writing samples from your blog, if possible. The editors might not take you up on your offer right away, but at least you’re positioning yourself to be an excellent resource on this topic, and down the road they can refer you to a reporter or writer looking for sources.
To learn more about the basics of SEO, read our book where we dedicate quite a few chapters to online marketing and share many more authoritative sources on the subject that can provide a more comprehensive process for agents. Or stay tuned and stop back to our blog periodically as we go over more ways to fine - tune your SEO strategy so you can rank for keywords and generate free leads from your website.
If an agent isn’t spending money to pay for leads (or giving up something else in exchange for them), then he’s spending time generating leads, instead. It’s no secret in the industry that when you’re starting out (or you’re in a slump), if you have more time than money and can’t afford to pay for a full pipeline of leads, then you should prospect with your time to generate leads to fill your pipeline.
But writing copy that’s optimized for search engines is only half the battle, because then you have to promote your content to make sure it gets found. Remember the social media channels we talked about earlier? Now is the time to share your content on those channels, along with other social bookmarking sites like Reddit and Scoop.it, to create multiple links on different sites that point back to your piece of content.

It’s comparatively easy to make money from these affiliate programs. But it’s tough to find the Pay Per Lead (PPL) affiliate programs that work. Even if some CPA based Affiliate networks like Peerfly, Maxbounty, etc offer PPL offers, it’s hard to get approved by this affiliate networks. To make things easier, I'm going to share some such programs with you.

"I contacted LeadsOnline in reference to a trial version of LeadsOnline Metal Theft. You all were happy to oblige and the second day of using the trial version, I was able to identify and solve two metal thefts involving a recent case. I was also able to correctly identify a suspect who was involved in a metal theft and was arrested and bonded using a false identity. The program paid for itself in its second day of use and assisted in closing three cases with a total of six arrests. Thanks LeadsOnline!"
Facebook used to be an easy source to tap into, but since they have formed a public company with shareholders who need to be kept happy, Facebook have changed their Terms of Service several times recently and have clamped down on a number of things that used to make lead generation relatively easy. They have discouraged siphoning off clients to external web sites and CPA offers, and have raised the cost of advertisements that do this. It remains a viable lead source however.
